2. Add a checkoff box on w-2s and 1099r to carry federal tax ID to the state entry

In many states, the state tax ID number is the same as the federal.

    Thanks for the idea to carry federal id to state tax id. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
