We think it will be included, but Intuit is mum.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Since NEC cant be included on the 2020 1099MISC, and the majority of 1099s that get issued by small businesses are for NEC, they've got to have plans to include the 1099NEC.

Now Intuit can mark one of these suggestions as "accepted" or "implemented".   🙂

Oh, but wait, it doesn't have enough votes.

"Quick Employer Forms (QEF) will go offline on Oct 28th to prepare for the next year.  Customers who have purchased QEF for 2020 will be able to access it when it becomes available the week of Nov 23rd with the new forms required for tax year 2020.  2019 forms will still be available to view or print from the Previous Year tab."
