1040X Critical diagnostic when attempting to Direct Deposit

Currently we get an "Informational diagnostic" when DD is selected for a 1040X E-file.  This causes a reject by the IRS.  This should be a "Critical Diagnostic" which prevent e-filing from Lacerte.
