Unable to validate online credential message popping up when trying to log in. Anyone knows solution?

30 mins on the phone with tech support trying to resolve this right now... Feb 23rd

Tech support resolved the issue.

If you receive unable to validate credentials when you log into your Intuit account through ProFile you must call us. As mentioned above we can resolve the issue over the phone. Reach us at 1-800-452-9970

I did call. It took an hour and a half to resolve. That's just not good enough, especially as we approach tax season.
