ProSeries 2022- Blank Screen after update
Our business is hosted via ACE - a cloudbase server. We have NOT had any issues with past ProSeries Products upon install, until this year 2022. We have tried all the fixes, on this link https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/access-permissions/opening-proseries-sign-screen-blank-allow-typing/L4zbySSa3_US_en_US
the server has all required specs, but once we run the initial update of the program we get a BLANK box where the log in information should be.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any thing resolved?
