Cancel Hosting service with Right Networks

Anyone tried to cancel the Right Networks after the tax season?  The online says to cancel your subscription call 1-800-987-6543.  But the phone keeps on getting hang up.  I don't know if I want to sign up for the service next tax season if cancelling is this hard.
