Where are tax years 2015-2019?

I have just installed T1 Profile 20 Module 2020.2.5 and when I go to select tax year I only have access to 2020.  It was my understanding when I looked on the website that I would have access to 2015-2020.  Did I miss something on the install?

You are correct ProFile 20 for 2020 does give access to returns from 2015-2020. Also it is unusual to have only 2020 T1 available. You could try Proreg: there is a link to an article here. If you need assistance with this issue call us at 1-800-452-9970 for an agent to assist you.
