Question

Installed update today September 12, 2023 and Profile won't open

I received a notification there was an update today, so I did the update and now I'm getting error messages.
The opening graphic that says please wait won't go away unless I shut Profile down through the task manager and it's attempting to save over my options admin settings.

Should I revoke the license and uninstall, then reinstall?
I've attached both error messages that have come up.

I was able to work my 2022.5.5 T1 & T2 until I did my Windows 10 monthly update this morning. After that, the program shows "Please wait" on its opening screen for less than a minute & stop opening anything. Re-started my PC a few time with no luck at all. Please help!!!

Glad to hear yours is sorted, mine still won't open, multiple errors popping up 😞 at least the rest of my office hasn't installed the newest update, so they're safe!

Same issue, spoke with a Live Chat agent just now. He says the 2023.0.1 version was posted "for 3 or 4 hours" this morning before being removed. His advice is to wait until tomorrow morning to try an update; "it may be up for 3 or 4 hours again."

Hard to overstate how disruptive this is, even for a small office like ours.
