On carry fwd a 2020 T3 to 2021 I get %22Catastrophic failure %28Exception from HRESULT%3AOx800FF ...%29 HELP

When I carry forward, in Profile, a 2020 T3 to 2021, 50% of these are unsuccessful and I get the following message - "Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: Ox800FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))" My Profile version is "2021.2.5" HELP!
