Unable to Efile the Business consent form for a business

I have made four calls to the CRA this morning and no one seems to be able to help!  I am using Profile, I have two different corporate clients, and I get the same error message when I efile the Business consent from.  "Signing authority does not match"  I have verified the name is correct.  Is there something else happening ?

The name must be spelled exactly as it is in the CRA records. I often find that the client used a middle initial or a different version of their name (ie. Tom/Thomas/Toomas) when setting up the company. Everything must match precisely.

I agree with the answer and will add, the first, middle and last names must exactly match the CRA records
