Is anyone else having a problem efiling since the most recent update? Getting "webservice not available" error

My efiling was working perfectly until I updated my profile to 2022.4.0. Now all I get is "web service not available error". As per profile recommendation I reviewed all the settings and everything is correct, but I am still having problems.
