As Tony said in French you need to print out the REV. QC paper copy and mail it in. One thing to remember is to have the client sign the MR-69 POA and send that in with the return.

Unless you plan to do a lot (more than 10) of Quebec returns the cost to get that NEQ & TVQ number is quite costly in time and money.
