How to file t1013 without first name?

I was able to file a return without a first name and CRA has processed his return and the email also shows the last name.

My question is how do we file a T1013? I called efile helpdesk and then ask me to call general inquiries when I have client call the general inquiries they ask us to call the efile helpdesk.

Any clue?

And what happens when you try to EFILE AuthorizeRep form?

Yes. All other clients working ok. New Authorization getting processed easily. Only the ones with the "Last Name Only" giving issues.

I am having the same issue. clients have only last names ( family names). I am not able to authorize and because of that, it is very hard to submit the RC151 Form.

How do you submit RC151? Is it by going to Rep A client and then submitting documents? Benefits and Credits?

I find 50% of the time they don't process the application when sent through above process, so I end up mailing the RC151 for everyone.

They do pay attention to submitted documents through rep a client account.
