Question

Hello, another season coning!! I'm having renewal issues with efile, is it me? After I submit my application, it takes me back to first screen. No "thank you for your application"..

i would call my efile help desk and see what is happening. i did mine with no trouble and was approved already!

Hello James and thanks for responding.  I called Efile help and they said, do you see three boxes to click at the end of the application?  I said no, I just have two.  She said to change my browser.  I use Brave but it didn't show all my options on the screen. Glad she knew what the problem was right away, most of the time, not so lucky.
