Electronic signature option not showing to create file
Ok so I created the Docusign account, I updated the date and time signatures as per instructions,I linked it to Profile.
I selected customer will be signing electronically. I put in email address on tax return.
I enabled Docusign under options/intergration
Now the esignature feature is greyed out and will not allow me to create the file for the signature.
How do I get the esignature to populate??
