efile a june 30, 2022 T2

I have a T2 that has a year end date of June 30, 2022 and shows as 'Eligible' but when I click to Efile, nothing happens; no dialogue box, no error, no warning, nothing.  There are no warning, issues or CRA warnings.

Hi,

Make sure you are on version 2021.5.0 and the return is in the 2020-2022 T2 module. Deactivate all licenses in Help > manage licenses. Then file the return

I apologize for the inconvenience. This is only a work around until fix is implemented.

When you say deactive you mean choose delete?  Please confirm.

Yes , delete all licenses from Help > manage licenses, except the T2 license. Close ProFile. They reopen and file the return. This is something under investigation. I apologize for the inconvenience for all the steps required

Hi,

Make sure you are on version 2021.5.0 and the return is in the 2020-2022 T2 module. Deactivate all licenses from help > manage licenses except the T2 license. Then try to file.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is only a workaround until the development team has a final fix in place

I did the lastest update and was able to efile the T2.  Thank you fo your help.
