Line 24620 on the Schedule 7 and/or line 58970 on the Form RC383 for contributions designated as a repayment under
the Lifelong Learning Plan cannot be less than the minimum repayment required.

It may be that the amount you are designating is less than the amount CRA has in its system.
If you are designating $100.00 and CRA has $101.00 it would cause this error. A way around this is to designate Nil and place a audit check mark on the amount designated.
