climate action incentive for a deceased person

I am wondering how to efile a deceased persons tax return with the climate action incentive on it. It says if they pass after April of 2020 they are eligible, my client passed in June but profile or CRA are rejecting the return. Anyone have any suggestions

They are not eligible--read requirements--BOTTOM line

 

"did not die before April1 ,2021"

 

tick box saying not eligible
