Anyone else having trouble with the State copy and Employer copy of the W-2 not printing 12d amounts?

My W-2's have an amount in the box but the box for retirement is not check.  It's a hit or miss type of thing. Some are marked and some are not marked.

Jenny, remember for some reason the software requires you to put a 2 in the box on each employee information record MAIN screen W-2 Box 13 items.
