Updated: EasyACCT Release 2025.3.06 is now live!
EasyACCT Release 2025.3.06 is now live! With the current EasyACCT 2025.3.06 release, the following items have been fixed:
- Windows 11 Update - Fixes being unable to open EasyAcct
- EasyACCT Financial Statements Not Putting Page Break Between reports
- EasyACCT Sales Journal Not Advancing In Sequential Order
- Added Version Mismatch Error messaging to help identify when EasyACCT installations on networked workstations are running different release versions
Update - Also fixed in this release:
- Ghost Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice entries are appearing in the EasyACCT AR
If you experienced the above, update to the latest release of EasyACCT and follow these steps:
- Open the company database.
- Navigate to the Accounts Receivable module.
- Select Data File Utilities, then click on Data File/Index Repair.
- When the utility screen opens, click Continue.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Now ready to begin data file/index repair. Are you sure?" — click Yes.
- Once the repair process completes, verify the invoices to ensure the data is accurate.
