Updated: EasyACCT Release 2025.3.06 is now live!

EasyACCT  Release 2025.3.06 is now live! With the current EasyACCT 2025.3.06 release, the following items have been fixed:

  • Windows 11 Update - Fixes being unable to open EasyAcct
  • EasyACCT Financial Statements Not Putting Page Break Between reports
  • EasyACCT Sales Journal Not Advancing In Sequential Order 
  • Added Version Mismatch Error messaging to help identify when EasyACCT installations on networked workstations are running different release versions

Update - Also fixed in this release:

  • Ghost Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice entries are appearing in the EasyACCT AR

If you experienced the above, update to the latest release of EasyACCT and follow these steps:

  1. Open the company database.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts Receivable module.
  3. Select Data File Utilities, then click on Data File/Index Repair.
  4. When the utility screen opens, click Continue.
  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Now ready to begin data file/index repair. Are you sure?" — click Yes.
  6. Once the repair process completes, verify the invoices to ensure the data is accurate.

We installed the new 2025.3.06.  Now we cant open any of the companies because it says they are an older version.  Its like the program updated but did not update the companies to be compatible with the software.  The fix that was sent basically has us deleting every company and updating them individiually.  What a hassle!

We are getting application version mismatch errors, not on all computers but on a couple and support is closed due to Juneteenth.  Any idea how to fix this fiasco?  I un-installed, re-installed, repaired and everything else I could think of.  Definitely not impressed with the program fixes this year.
