Is anybody at Intuit this year?

Is ANYBODY getting through to help at all? I am now at 2.5 hrs on hold and this music is making me want to choke somebody!

I believe support has been pretty much replaced by this helpful site, except pretty much nobody visits here that has EasyAcct experience.  All you can do is keep on trying.  I think on Thursdays Barney works support by himself but the good news is Fred joins him on Fridays.
