Question

I updated the program to get the W-2 C form. Now I cannot print the form. I am getting an error code EF9U55OA. Thinking I may need to update the program again I cannot update. Asking for administrator privileges to do so and I am an administrator

I updated the program to get the W-2 C form.  Now I cannot print the form.  I am getting an error code EF9U55OA.  Thinking I may have to update again I am unable to do so.  Asking for Administrator privileges and I am an Administrator.

Try opening the program as "Administrator".  Go to the Icon right click and select "run as administrator"
