HAS ANYONE HAD PROBLEMS WITH CAPITAL ACCOUNT NOT CARRYING OVER THE CORRECT BALANCE?

THE CAPITAL ACCOUNT IS NOT CARRYING FORWARD THE CORRECT BALANCE.  EVERY CLIENT THAT WE HAVE CHECKED HAS THIS PROBLEM.
