First Check of Payroll

Does anyone else still have the problem of when you enter after the fact payroll you have to go out of the client after the first check is put in? I hope I am explaining this clearly enough, but when I put payroll in I & I go to hit F10 or F9 to go to the next or previous, the payroll sits there & does nothing. I even hit next in the payroll entry screen & still nothing. I have to return to the enter transaction screen & sometimes return to the client listing & sometimes even have to go out of EasyAcct altogether before it'll go to the next paycheck. This has been a problem with EA for awhile now & I think it fell through the cracks of getting taken care of. Can anyone else confirm they are having these problems & if you fixed it then how? Other than having to do what I stated above. Once you do the fix the first time, then after that it works just like it's supposed to.

i have the same issue.

and i would like to remind every firm. When you create the 941 Report, make sure you check every single check again, again.................................................and again....

i cut the check for one of my client for 4.2026. check date was on 4/7/2026 and this check went to my 2.2026. i noticed this issue when i ran the 941 report.
