Kathi,

I have done all seven updates and my A/R GL distribution is still showing "NO RECORDS EXIST FOR THIS RANGE"!  THIS IS FOR 2025, STILL HAVEN'T STARTED IN 2026!  WHERE IS MY FIX???????

ALSO MISSING 2 INVOICES FROM 2025 IN MY DETAILED AGED RECEIVABLES THAT WAS CORRECT ON 12/31/25 BUT IS NOW INCORRECT BECAUSE OF MISSING INVOICES!  THESE UPDATES NEVER FIXED THIS PROBLEM EITHER!  DON'T TELL ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BECAUSE THAT HAS BEEN DONE ALMOST EVERY DAY SINCE JANUARY 2ND!

When will accessing files from a network drive be addressed.  Have files on one computer is not sustainable we can not have team members sitting idle or files all over different computers

I updated to 6.  I WAS able to print 4th qtr payroll taxes and W-2s.  Luckily I prepare a separate reconciliation of all the quarterly payroll taxes I file.

With the new update, I have lost payroll in each of the three preceding quarters on one client.  I am missing $2004.34 from Q1 2025, $1022.89 from Q2 2025 and $1092.89 from Q3 2025.  This is comparing payroll reports from each of the quarters that I saved and what prints now.  The state wage number is the correct amount.  The federal, medicare and SS wage totals are NOT correct. Soooo, guess no one else gets W-2 until intuit gets their sh** together.  I am not willing to open another client and update to #6 to see if this is across all clients.

What is wrong with Intuit?  OMG! This is ridiculous.  What has happened in this update?  I will not be doing the #7 update.  Good God!  What would happen?!?!?!

Reconcile everything before you do any filing. We have 2024's checks posted on 2025's reports, which caused incorrect amounts for Q4. I do believe version #110 or #201 seriously damaged company files when you open and convert them from version 2024.

Just installed the newest update and fixed none of the performance issues. In fact, it looks like @Kathi_at_Intuit  edited their post to exclude the performance issue fix that was originally in their list.

Good thing we did not get our hopes up. Kinda expected them to fumble this update as well.

Kathi,

Still NO fix for the A/R GL distribution or any A/R problems with missing invoices and pulling wrong info from years before!!!???  This company's software is WORTHLESS!!!!

@Kathi_at_Intuit After the most recent updates, financial statement formatting is off again.  When printing current and comparative financials together, the comparative cover page is printing on the bottom half of the last page of the current.  I can get around this by printing current and then appending with the comparative, but there is a random y printing at the top left corner on the last page of the current.  Will this be something that is included in an update soon?  It was fixed for a while but is now happening again with the last couple updates.

Is anyone addressing the fact that the Data transfer to/from function does not work.  I tried to load a payroll transfer from my accountant and it only transfers parts of it.  This has been going on since October!!

Kathi_at_Intuit    I have 2 bank accounts on my EasyAcct.  When I change to the 2nd account, it prints a check with the primary acct name, bank routing #, & acct #.

Third problem- working on the bank statements in Easyacct. When I go to reconcile the month, I get this error.  Error while performing the operation  Bad file name or number,  When I click ok, it just shuts down the program. I did an update, same deal. I noticed that the last date in the recon was 5/31/25-6/30/25 I wouldn't use 5/31/25, I would have used 6/1/25.... but, I did try 6/30/25-7/31/25. same deal. Slammed it shut. What are peeps gonna do to get their taxes done?!?  I viewed the last recon- the current transactions show 5/1/25-5/31/25.  The previous outstanding transactions show 5/24/25-6/30/25.  The recon that I was working on would be 7/1/25-7/31/25.  I had finished May & June months ago!!

A new program breaking issue:  If a client has not opened payroll in 2026 yet and has not been opened in several prior updates, it is transferring 2024 payroll into 2025, and 2025 payroll into 2026.
