EasyACCT  Release 2025.3.07 is now live! With the current EasyACCT 2025.3.07 release, the following item has been fixed:

  • EasyACCT Error COuld Not Load File for Assembly PTG.Telemtry

If you are not able update directly through EasyACCT:

  1. Navigate to accountants.intuit.com or myproconnect.intuit.com 
  2. Sign in to My Account
  3. Download the update through the website.

When are the A/R going to be fixed?  You can’t delete invoices and when you try it still leaves the sales tax amount due in the customer account and it is still showing the whole invoice when you go to enter a payment.  Also, it is showing some customers have balances due and invoices from 2024 and earlier due when I know they have been paid already and their balance was zero before.  When I go to customer repair it does absolutely nothing.

Hi ​@username109078 Thanks for posting in the Community about still having issues with A/R. We would recommend reaching out to EasyACCT Support if you are on the latest release and still experiencing issues. They are best equipped to assist with this.

I have and will contact them again tomorrow as I am still having the same issues.

updated today.  Getting an error message when I do Alt L to bring up account listing.  It is telling me Can’t open printer.  I click ok and it brings up the  Account activity but it is not aligned correctly, the dollars and cents are on two different lines.
