Cumulative general ledger report

I have used the program for several years and used to a few years ago be able to print a cumulative general ledger,  I am trying to print one for 040119 to 033120 but all I get is totals in each account.  No details.  Can anyone help?

I go to print reports under Write-up processing, Transaction reports and cumulative general ledger is the last one on the list there. Put your date range. Now I have to admit I have not done this since this general ledger mess after the last "update."
