Creating W2 file to upload to SSA

Trying to create the file (w2 2024) to upload to the social security administration.

Getting W2EFError log instead of the required file.

 

Using the EasyACCT Business system.  Worked perfectly last year.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's my understanding you can only create the EF files with the Professional Series edition of the software.  I think you can only print W2s with the Business edition.

Option is available and it the same business system we were using last year.
