Cannot print a range of W2s from EasyACCT

Just adding another issue to the bugs in current program.  I am not able to print a range of W2s from the updated program.  I am able to print ALL of them, but I get an error message when trying to print a range that states: NO EMPLOYEE RECORDS FOUND FOR W2 PRINTING

Also, when I use the pull-down menu to choose beginning and ending employees, it only lists the employee number, first name and last initial and they are all in caps.

Please add this to your list of items to fix, as often times an employee may lose a W2 and requests a new one.  I do not want to have to reprint hundreds of W2s just to get to one employee copy.

Please make sure you call and inform them of this issue. Someone had posted about a problem I was having, so I decided to call to ask for an update. They hadn't even opened an investigation. The lady I spoke with said they do not read the forums, so unless they receive a call, they won't know there is a problem.

We are making a list here, too. I called last week about vendor checks printing with payroll account numbers. I haven't heard anything back about that yet. We are having issues with bank recs, accounts receivable invoices disappearing when printing, and when exporting account records, I only get partial data. I tried calling, and it said it would take over an hour. I will see if it is quicker first thing in the morning.
