CA SUTA Report incorrect tax amount & 941 STILL not Available

Does anyone know when the 941 for 1st Qtr 2023 will be released? It seems it's getting later in the month before it's released. Also, the CA SUTA Report SDI portion of the form has incorrect tax rate, it should be .90 and it's still at 1.10 on the report. Will this be addressed soon?
