ERR.073 when downloading from CRA

I am E-Filing the T1013 and it's being accepted, however when I go to autofil the return to download the slips, I am getting an ERR.073 error message, which says there are Multiple Authorizations for the SIN entered.

How many authorizations is a client allowed to how before I can download?

Should I be removing the entities that are no longer going to work on their taxes?

I called CRA and got this question answered. That error message relates to someone having multiple access at CRA with different entities. Meaning, I was working for a company and had access there and now have my own access so it wouldn't allow me to use Auto Fill. To solve this problem, after discussing this with the client, I cancelled the existing Rep and added mine. Client signed the T1013. I can now download.

Hello Mariella,

Yes, ERR.073 means that there are multiple authorizations for the SIN entered. To resolve this issue the tax preparer can either view with Rep A Client or to use Auto-Fill the tax preparer has to cancel the the other authorizations of representatives from the previously filed T1013s.
