AFR not populating Training credit and Unused federal tuition credit on SOME, but not all of clients

Recently AFR is not populating Training credit and Unused federal tuition credit on SOME, but not all of clients. Strange ?!? Anyone with same problem?

 

PS I have the latest version 2021.3.5
